Above, is a cover for a history of Irish emigration. The author seemed very happy, but the book was eventually published with a different cover. The space above - in sky - was for the title and writer's name. Ah well . . . a few failures are supposedly good for the soul.

Below: The first pictures are from the half done book: The Chicken Pox Party. A joint effort between me and Robin Bakker (the writer, business partner, wife, best friend, a natural artist, designer, technical side of things and - yes you guessed it - someone who I couldn't do without.) Some of the blank spaces will have the story printed in them.

Next two pictures are from Bear and Marcus the Crow. Both books are written by Joan Evans. Marcus, one of my favourites, is based on a true experience of Joan's when she was a teacher.
